Artist Alley Policies
Our Artist Alley is now full! Thank you!
Con-G Artist Alley hours are Sat: 9:00 am – 7:00pm, Sun: 9:00 – 5:00 pm. The alley set up on Sat is at 8:30 am, items must be removed overnight on Saturday – NO EXCEPTIONS – set up for Sunday morning is 8:30 am.
An Artist Alley space costs $32 and includes:
4′ x 3′ table space with tablecloth (half of a shared 8′ x 3′ table)
1 chair
1 membership badge (an artist pass is treated as a normal weekend pass and gets you into all areas of the convention)
Artist Alley spaces are sold as half tables only. Only one person can sit behind a half table – only one artist is registered to a table. If you want to share a table with a friend, they must buy their AA spot (their own half table).
Sale of Products: All products and works of art must be original and produced by the exhibitor.
The following items are not allowed in the Con-G Artist Alley: food, doujinshi/comics not made by the exhibitor, fanart based on Marvel or Disney, weapons, art materials, anything mass produced, art that is not yours or that you don’t have written permission to sell, anything with a Disney character on it, and replicas of officially licensed products or the actual licensed product.
