Dalek Dreadnaught is a Dark Dimensions Special Weapons Dalek. It was first designed for the Doctor Who 30th anniversary movie in 1993, however, the movie was never made. The sketches of the STORM series Dalek lived on in comics.
Dalek Dreadnaught is the second STORM series ever constructed in the world and is the largest of its kind. Dreadnaught also sports unique features such as the moving arms and backpack, over 1500 lights, a 600w sound system and a co2 system for his main guns with 50 psi water cannons as secondary guns.
Dalek Dreadnaught has reciently been featured in the Second Empire comics! This is a rare moment in which a character has been built first then featured in comics.
Dalek Auric is a replica of the Supreme Dalek from the 1972 Jon Pertwee story “The Day of the Daleks”.
He’s a fully functional Dalek with an electric wheelchair base, working exterminator that fires compressed air, a motorized head with eye stalk and a voice modulator to issue orders.
Auric is the first Dalek to be made in Ontario and only the second one ever to be made in Canada.
Dalek Simon is based on the classic “Genesis of the Daleks” series from the 4th Doctor Tom Baker era. The Dalek creator Davros initially referred to this model as the Mark-3 Travel Machine.
Simon is a battle scarred Dalek always sent to the front line dealing with Thals or other inferior beings.
He is mostly made out of recycled cardboard and has a 3 wheeled cooler electric cart as an engine and can shoot compressed air. On occasion the battery runs out and he is being pushed by 1-2 Kelad tentacle(s).
The Daleks will be making a guest appearance at Con-G Season 5, February 22-24, 2013.
See all our guests on the Guest Info Page.
